摘要
随着计算机技术及材料学科的发展,将现代计算机技术及相关的数值模拟、信息处理、人工智能、神经网络、实时监控、计算机仿真等用于管道铺设的焊接过程,同时应用于运营中管道的腐蚀与防护领域已日益广泛.在众多的计算机技术应用研究方面,针对焊接工艺作为管道铺设的重要工艺及管道运营中的腐蚀与防护,分别从焊接温度场模拟、氢扩散行为分析、神经网络、信息处理与数据库等几个方面讨论了计算机技术的应用及其发展趋势.
Moderncomputertechnologysuchas simulation, signalprocessing, artificialintelligence, artificialneural Networks, real-time control are extensively applied for welding of pipeline, meanwhile, with the operation of pipeline, corrosion and protection became more and more important. Therefore, this paper summarizes the application status of computer technology in welding materialsand its corrosion and protection of pipeline fields from the following fine aspects: simulation of welding temperature field, analyses of hydrogen diffusion, signal processing, artificial neural networks, datebasesystem. Besides, existing problemsand the developing trend in the futureare disused in this paper.
