标本同治法治疗溃疡性结肠炎32例观察

Observation on Ulcerative Colitis (32 cases) Treated by Both the Principal and the Secondary Aspects of Disease,its Symptoms and Cause at the same time

目的 :观察标本同治法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法 :应用标本同治法治疗溃疡性结肠炎 32例 ,并与补脾益肠丸治疗 30例作比较 ,均于 1个疗程 (3个月 )后判定疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率 90 .6 3% ,对照组 73.33% ,经 χ2检验两组有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :标本同治法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinic effect of ulcerative colitis treated by by both the principal and the secondary aspects of disease,its symptoms and cause at the same time.Methods:The therapeutics,both the principal and the secondary aspects of disease,its symptoms and cause at the same time,had been used to treat ulcerative colitis and compared with the pill for reinforcing the spleen-qi.The determinant was taken after 3 months.Results:The total effective rate was 90.62% in the test group and 73.33% in the control.There was significant difference (P<0.05) between them.Conclusion:The therapeutics,both the principal and the secondary aspects of disease,its symptoms and cause at the same time,has a good effect in treating ulcerative colitis.
