中西药合用治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛32例观察

Observation on Unstable Angina (32 cases) Treated by Combination on Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine

目的 :观察西药联合中药康心胶囊治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛的疗效。方法 :对照组 30例用消心痛、肠溶阿斯匹林治疗 ;治疗组 32例在与对照组治疗相同的基础上加用康心胶囊口服。结果 :治疗组心绞痛及心电图疗效、血液流变学检测指标改善程度均优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而硝酸甘油的用量明显低于对照组。结论 :康心胶囊与西药合用治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛疗效较好 ,优于单用消心痛、阿斯匹林 ,且无不良反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of Western drugs combined with traditional Chinese drug,KangXi capsule in treating unstable angina of coronary heart disease.Methods:The control group (30 cases) had been treated by dinitrosorbide and aspirin and the test (32 cases) added with KangXi capsule.Results:The indexes of angina,cardiogram and blood rheology in the test were more improved than that in the control (P<0.05).Conclusion:The KangXi capsule combined with Western drug in treating angina of coronary heart disease is better than Western drug used only.
