摘要
简述了吸收过程传质理论———双膜理论的基本原理 ,据此研究了尿素/添加剂湿法烟气同时脱硫脱氮过程中SO2 和NOx 的吸收特性 .实验结果表明 ,在尿素/添加剂水溶液中 ,烟气中SO2 的吸收由气膜控制 ,是液相中伴有快速不可逆化学反应的气体吸收 ;NOx 的吸收由气膜和液膜共同控制 。
The basic principle of the two-membrane theory as the mass transfer th eory in absorption process was briefly stated. The principle was then used to in vestigate the absorption characteristics of SO 2 and NO x in the process o f simult aneous desulfurization and denitrification from flue gas using urea/additive sol ution. The experimental results show that, in urea/additive solution, the absorp tion process of SO 2 in flue gas going with quick irreversible chemical reactio ns is controlled by the gas membrane, while that of NO x going with slow irre versib le chemical reactions is controlled by both the gas membrane and the liquid memb rane.
