摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对南瓜属三个栽培种(即中国南瓜、美洲南瓜和印度南瓜)的41个品种的子叶进行了过氧化物酶同工酶分析。结果表明:南瓜属的遗传多样性非常丰富,共产生了10条酶带;其中,中国南瓜品种间差异最大,印度南瓜品种间差异最小。聚类之后发现:中国南瓜和美洲南瓜关系最近,与印度南瓜关系较远,但不能把所有的中国南瓜和美洲南瓜品种聚在各自的群落。
The peroxidase isozyme of 41 cotyledons from three mainly cultivated species (Cucurbita moschata,C.pepo and C.maxcima)in Cucurbita were analyzed by means of vertical slab Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis(PAGE).The results showed that the genetic diversity of Cucurbita was very abundant and 10 patterns were produced.The difference of cultivars was the most distinct in C.moschata and the most indistinctive in C.pepo by the test.The relation between C.moschata and C.pepo was closer than that between C.moschata and C.maxcima by clustering.But not all C.moschata and C.pepo cultivars were clusered to their each group.
