Strategy for the agricultural development from the transition of dietary pattern

本文以2010年中国食物营养目标为基准,通过近20年食物结构变迁和农业结构变化的比较,呈现农业结构调整和发展的趋势和空间。通过现有农业发展与2010年食物需求的分析,引出对农业开发的思考。

Based on the target of food and nutrition in China in the year of 2010,the transition of dietary pattern during the past 20 years was investigated.The results showed the direction and extensity of agriculture structure adjustment and development.The new strategy for agriculture development was discussed.Through analyzing the need of food in the year of 2010 and agricultural development,the thinking of agricultural development was proposed.
