摘要
通过对闲置的合成氨、尿素系统蒸汽冷凝液回收系统进行综合改造 ,将冷凝液有效回收 ,在保证各系统自身用水的同时 ,富余的冷凝液汇集后作为造气系统废热锅炉、煤气发生炉夹套锅炉用水 ,节省了大量的电站除氧软水及其热能 ,取得了显著的经济效益。
The idle steam condensate recovery system of the ammonia and urea systems is comprehensively retrofitted, and the condensate is efficiently recovered. While assuring the water used in every system, the surplus condensate is collected and used in the waste heat boiler of the gasification system and the jacket boiler of the gasifier, thereby saving a lot of deoxidized soft water for the power station and its heat energy and reaping remarkable economic benefit.
