摘要
20 0 3年是我国冶金工业取得辉煌成绩的一年 ,主要产品产量和进口量 ,以及经济效益都创造了历史上的最好水平。 2 0 0 4年将是我国冶金工业面临考验的一年 ,在这一年中我们面临着许多有利因素 ,但也面临着许多不利因素。但总体讲 ,2 0 0 4年总的形势是好的 ,但下半年随着新建产能的投产 ,以及宏观经济的调整将使我国冶金工业面临较大压力。
China steel industry has got great achievements in 2003, especially the historic record in steel production, import and profit. China steel industry will meet challenge in 2004 under some austere conditions as well as the good conditions. The status in the second half of the year will be more difficult because of the more new capacity put into production and the adjustment in the macroscopic economy.
