摘要
研究了阴离子交换膜体系电解氧化硫酸稀土溶液中铈( )为铈( )的条件。混合硫酸稀土浓度为0.1839mol/L,电流密度为500A/m2,阳极液线速度大于0.23m/s时电流效率可达到80%。阳极液与阴极液酸度为1.5mol/L时可以得到理想的电流效率和槽电压。
The influences of some factors on oxidizing cerium(Ⅲ) to ceric and its processing conditions with lead alloy anode in sulfuric acid solution were reported in this paper.Current efficiency could reach up to 80% when current density was 500A/m^2 in mixed rare earths sulfuric solution of 0.1839mol/L.The ideal current efficiency and cell potential could be obtained at both anodity and cathodity of 1.5mol/L.As anoditic velocity beyond 0.23m/s,current efficiency could be ensured more than 80%.
