摘要 300MW机组是我国当前电厂的主力机组,进行优化燃烧试验,对提高锅炉效率,改善经济性和安全性具有重要意义。该文针对某电站300MW锅炉,进行了优化燃烧调整试验,分析了过量空气系数、负荷、煤粉细度、三次风、一次风压、配风方式等参数对锅炉效率的影响,测量了水冷壁近壁面气氛,进行了额定负荷下锅炉热效率考核试验,测量了空气预热器漏风率,提出了合理的运行工况。结果表明,运行参数对锅炉效率影响较大,针对高温腐蚀问题,提出了解决措施,为电站锅炉经济运行提供参考。 The 300MW generating unit serves as the main facility in nowadays power plant in China, and it is important to improve the boiler efficiency, to promote its economy and safety. Aiming at the 300MW boiler in a power plant, this paper proceeds an optimal combustion control test. During the test, the effects of excess air ratio, the load, the fineness of pulverized coal, the tertiary air, the pressure of primary air and the mode of air distribution are analyzed. The measurement points are selected as: the atmosphere in the vicinity of water wall surface and air heater leakage. The boiler efficiency test is proceeded under the rated load, and a reasonable operation scheme is put forward. The result shows that the operation conditions affect the boiler efficiency very evidently. A high-temperature corrosion is found and a measure for improving it is given that can be reference to an operating plant.
