在对矿井设计方案比选常用的"等效系数法"和"优先系数法"进行分析、比较、评述的基础上,结合实际,提出了等效优先系数法确定矿井设计方案的设想,并对评价因素进行了分析评价,给出具体实例。该方法使矿井设计方案的选择确定更加切合实际,可供有关设计单位和行业管理部门参考。

In designs of multiple objectives and multi-factors, various indexes have different properties and dimensions. Hence, they can not be put on the same scale directly for magnitude comparison. A method by combining the method of equivalent and rank co-efficiency is put forward as a modified method. It can be used for optimal selection of mine designs. The method has been proved to be a technically simple and easy method with high accuracy. It is worth popularizing in coal design.
