摘要
研究将磷渣和炉渣掺入水泥熟料中并添加一定掺量的核心元素配制新型道路稳定层固结剂.研究结果表明:在本试验条件下,当各组分比例适当时,通过核心元素的有效作用,在熟料掺量35%时可以配制出高效道路稳定层固结剂,其初凝时间较长,28d抗压强度为38.8MPa,在满足施工和强度要求的同时降低了工程成本.
According to the problems which occur in the consolidation of stabilized-bed of road, the paper indicates that the preparation of a new kind of consolidation agent can be achieved by comparing tests, when phosphate slag and slag were mixed to the clinker in terms of a special ratio, which shows good properties of longer initial setting time and 38.8MPa for 28d compression strength, and reduces cost for engineering as well.
