摘要 碳纤维增强水泥 (CFRC)有很好的变形 -电阻敏感性。将这种功能特性用于工程实际就要很好地解决灵敏度和稳定性问题。本研究通过采用直流探针压降法 ,利用夹层结构和差动原理以达到初始状态的平衡 ,使不承受载荷时的输出电压接近零。研制出的CFRC变形传感器输出电压主要由变形信号组成 ,可以放大和处理 ,实现了温度补偿 ,灵敏度高 ,稳定性好 ,便于工程实际应用。本文从理论和实验两方面验证了这一点 。 Carbon fiber reinforced cement (CFRC) possesses superior deformation-resistance sensitivity.To put this functional characteristic into use in engineering practically,its sensitivity and stability must be solved thoroughly.Employing method of DC probe’s pressure descending,sandwiched structure and differential principle,the equilibrium of the initial state is achieved so that the output voltage at unloaded state approximates to zero.The output voltage of developed CFRC deformation sensor is mainly comprised of deformation signal,which could be amplified and processed.The CFRC sensor has temperature compensation function,high sensitivity,good stability,therefore it could be applied in practical engineering conveniently.This approach is verified theoretically and experimentally,providing some new ideas for further investigations of smart concrete structures.
