摘要
通过对模具早期失效的特征分析 ,找出影响模具使用寿命的主要因素 ,并在设计、机械加工、热处理及使用过程中采取相应预防措施 ,提高模具使用寿命 ,达到降低成本。
Analyzing the characteristic efficacy of the molding tools in earlie r period, the factor of the main influence to molding tools serv ice life is found, and the prevention in design, machining, heat tr eatment and application to increase molding service life is adopted.The cost is reduced and the product quality with good and economic performance is increased.
