摘要
火电厂废水“零排放”技术 ,属当前电力工业重点研究的关键技术之一。分级浓缩串联补水技术 ,将电厂循环水两级处理 ,补给水串联运行。即第 1级原水使用后进入第 1级循环水低浓缩倍率处理 ,该循环排污水经过滤、弱酸离子交换树脂脱碱软化处理后作为第 2级循环补给水 ;第 2级循环水采用高浓缩倍率处理 ,其排污水经澄清过滤和反渗透后作为锅炉补给水原水和循环水系统补给水。西柏坡电厂采用该技术在全国火电厂率先实现废水零排放 ,取得较好的经济、社会。
The zero discharge technique of the wastewater in thermal power plants is one of the key techniques to be developed and studied in power industry at present. Our technique of concentrating serial make-up water in stages has filled a domestic gap with a breaking progress. The thermal power plants have realized the zero discharge for the wastewater in priority. The paper introduces the technical principles, features, applicable conditions, effect and economical benefits of this technique.
