摘要
介绍了基于三维CAD设计软件Pro E的内燃机曲柄活塞机构参数化特征建模及装配设计 ,基于主控零件驱动的变形设计 ,讨论了零件与装配体的联动设计 ,装配仿真和干涉性检验的途径和方法。该方法可为设计其他系列化产品提供借鉴。
Introduces the parameterized feature modeling and assembly design for the structure of the brace pistion in internal combustion machine based on the 3D software Pro/E.The variational design was driven by the main control part.Discuses the way and the method of relating design between part and assembly modeling,the way and the method of the assembly simulation and the interference detection.This way can be used in the design of other series products.
