摘要
某厂的设备在生产新产品时 ,主传动系统的万向接轴需要传递更大的扭矩。为了在保证设备安全生产的条件下 ,充分发挥传动设备的潜力 ,有必要对其薄弱环节—主传动的万向接轴的承载能力进行判断 ,利用有限单元法可以有效解决这一问题。
When a equipment produces a new production,the universal shaft of main driving system needs to been transferred greater torque.In order to guarantee equipment safety and fully exert the equipment potentiality,it is necessary to judeg load-carrying ability for rolling mill's weak link(main driving system).FEM can solve this problem.
