摘要
通过对扩镗后的缸筒壁厚、强度及刚度的验算 ,证明了废旧缸筒扩镗修复后再利用的可行性。同时由于液压支架废旧缸筒数额的增加 ,扩镗缸筒在节约材料费用、降低加工成本方面的经济效益相当可观 ,有很强的利用价值。
By checking the wall thickness,strength and stiffness of expanding bore cylinder,the article verifies the feasibility of return utilization of invalid cylinder after being expanded bore rehab.And due to the hydraulic support invalid cylinder increase number,the economic benefits are quite consider able in reducing material expenses and lowering process costs.Its use value is quite powerful.
