摘要
采用高能表面处理技术在40Cr钢表面制备出具有纳米晶体结构特征的表面层.利用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜分析研究了表面纳米层的组织结构.结果表明,高能表面处理后40Cr钢表面形成纳米层的过程中,渗碳体先于铁素体纳米化.
A nanostructured surface layer was obtained in 40Cr steel by using a high-power surface pro-cessing(HPSP) technique. The microstructures of the nanocrystalline layer were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The experimental evidences reveal that the formation of nanocrystalline cementite is prior to that of nano-sized single-phase ferrite during the generation of a nanocrystalline surface layer.
