摘要 采用三维有限元方法对蒸汽扩容器与切向接管联接的关键部位进行了应力分析,获得了该部位的应力分布.计算结果表明,蒸汽扩容器筒体上开孔设置切向接管,使连接区的应力分布复杂化,并产生明显的应力集中,接管与筒体连接处应力值较大,最大应力发生在接管与筒体连接处且位于接管上部位内侧,是筒体失效的危险区域;各类应力最大值均发生在蒸汽扩容器与切向接管的内侧连接处,并随着离该处距离的增加而减小.并按照JB4732-1995采用应力分析设计方法对该蒸汽扩容器切向接管结构进行强度评定,蒸汽扩容器切向接管强度足够,满足安全要求. This paper applies the three-dimensional finite element method to the analysis of the stress for steam expanding vessel with tangential pipe, and the stress distribution has been obtained. Calculation results show that it is the dangerous area of failure of cylindrical shell for a hole on steam expanding vessel by tangential pipe ,it makes the stress distribution in the adjoining area complex, and causes obvious stress concentration, and makes the stress value become greater in the linking area of the pipe and the cylinder the biggest stress occurs in the inner side of pipe with the connection of cylindrical shell, and with the increase of distance , the stress is reduced. The strength assessment of this structure according to JB4732-1995 shows a satisfactory result.
