摘要
介绍了电液比例微小流量调速阀的结构原理和实验研究。对该阀的节流口形状以及颤振信号影响等进行了分析。对阀的稳态特性及流量阶跃特性、频率特性等动态性能进行了理论分析与实验研究。
Structure principle and experimental research of electro-hydraulic proportional mini flow control valve are introduced. Shape of throtte edges of this valve and infleuence of dithering signal to it's performance are analysed. Also, steady state characteristics and dynamic characteristics consisting step and frequency responses of this valve carriodout by means of tailored instantaneous flowmeter are theoretically analysed and experimentally studied.
