摘要
目的: 对大豆低聚糖、改性大豆低聚糖和低聚果糖引起的胃肠胀气现象进行研究;方法: 建立引起小鼠的胃肠胀气的动物模型并测量胀肠容积的方法;结果:大豆低聚糖和改性大豆低聚糖各剂量组(高、中、低)与空白组的胀肠容积相比较,无明显差异(P>0.05),低聚果糖中、低剂量组与空白组比较,胀肠容积无统计学上的差异(P >0.05),而高剂量组有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:大豆低聚糖和改性大豆低聚糖各剂量组(高、中、低)均无胀气现象,低聚果糖的中、低剂量组也无胀气现象,而高剂量组(成人实际用量的100倍时)有极显著胀气现象。
Objective: To study the flatulent phenomena of mouse produced by three oligosaccharides. Methods: The mouse model of flatulence was set up, and the flatulence induced by soybean oligosaccharides, modified soybean oligosaccharides,and fructooligosaccharides was investigated by measuring intestinal flatulent volume. Results: The intestinal flatulent volumes in the groups of soybean oligosaccharides and modified soybean oligosaccharides were not different from control(P>0.05). The difference between middle and low dosage groups of fructooligosaccharides with control was also insignificant(P>0.05), but between high dosage group and control was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Flatulence was very remarkable in the high dosage group of fructooligosaccharides (the dosage is 100 times as much as the practical dose of adults).
