摘要 目的: 比较鲍鱼酶法提取物(enzymolytic extracts of abalone, EEA)与传统水提物(water extracts of abalone, WEA)对学习和记忆的影响.方法:成年小鼠灌服EEA或WEA,每天一次连续10 d.在被动回避装置上测定小鼠的跳台潜伏期(SDL)和逃避潜伏期(EL),在复杂迷宫上测定小鼠的觅食时间.结果:EEA 2~8 ml/kg依剂量地使SDL延长13.7 %~105.3 %,使逃避潜伏期缩短40.0 %~60.0 %,使迷宫觅食时间减少28.3 %~49.4 %,并能明显改善NaNO2或乙醇引起的记忆损害;WEA多在8 ml/kg 时方有明显作用.结论:EEA对学习和记忆有明显的增强作用,此作用强于WEA. Objective: To study the effects of enzymolytic extracts of abalone (EEA) on memory of mice, and compared with water extracts of abalone (WEA). Methods: Mice were given EEA or WEA once daily lasting 10 d. Their step-down latency (SDL) and escape latency (EL) in a passive avoidance , and food-hunting time in a maze were determined. Results: EEA 2-8 ml/kg lengthened SDL by 13.7 %-105.3 %, shortened EL by 40.0 %-60.0 % and food-hunting time by 28.3 %-49.4 %, in a dose-dependent manner. EEA reversed ethanol-induced disturbance of memory retrial in a passive avoidance and NaNO2-induced disruption of memory retention in a passive avoidance and maze. Significant action of WEA was not observed until the dose of WEA was increased to 8 ml/kg. Conclusion: EEA improves learning and memory, more effective than WEA.
