流动儿童学校的状况和合理性问题日益受到社会关注。本文首先分析了产生流动儿童学校的制度、观念等层面的原因 ,进而探讨了流动儿童学校的合理性及目前存在的问题 ,认为流动儿童学校的存在是一种特殊的社会现象 ,体现了现行的户籍制度和教育体制的滞后性。文章最后提出了相应的政策建议。

The situation and rationality of the school especially built for temporary migrant children have attracted more attentions.First the paper analyzes why the migrant children school comes into being,and then explores its existing rationality and the problems.The existing of the migrant children school is a special social phenomenon which is due to the backwardness of household registration and education systems.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions.
