关于高校科技质量改进的若干对策探讨

高校科技工作是我国科技工作的重要一环 ,是科技成果产出的重要来源 ,研究如何提高高校科技质量具有重要的实践意义和理论研究价值。本文从系统科学的视角明确了影响高校科技质量的诸多因素 ,并针对其中急需完善的环节进行了深入的探讨 ,提出了基于两个反馈机制的科研质量控制概念 ,强调了学术交流环境在高校科技质量改进中的重要性 ,并借鉴了质量管理中持续改进的思想 ,提出对影响高校科技质量的诸多因素进行持续改进的建议。

The activity of the science and technology research of the high institution is one of the most important facet of the national activity of the science and technology , which is the significant source of the science and technology production. To study how to improve the quality of the production is very necessary not only to the practice but also to the theoretics. This paper confirms the factors about the quality and probes into some of them. The author advances the concept of the two-feedback-based control method and emphasize the significance of the intercommunion environment of the science and technology research . This paper also gives some advice about the continuous improvement applied to the activity of the science and technology of the high institution.
