摘要 介绍了邯钢线材厂为提高加热能力,对现有步进底式加热炉采用分散换向控制蓄热技术进行的一系列改造,达到了提高生产能力、精确控制加热炉各段的炉温和炉压及运行参数的目的,满足了多种加热工艺的使用要求,节能效果显著。 The series of reformations is introduced, which have been applied to original walking-beam bottom furnace with distributed changing-direction controlled heat-regeneration to raising the heating power in Wire Plant of Han Steel. It has reached the target of increasing production, precisely controlling the temperature and pressure in the zones of furnace and the operation parameters, met the various requirements of different heating processes with obvious result of saving energy.
