摘要
通过对劈裂转向节宏观断口形貌、显微组织、化学成分及淬火工艺分析,确认了淬火劈裂的原因,并提出了改进措施,取得了良好的效果。
With analysis of break shape, microstructure, chemical component and hardening process the reason of splitting of car steering knuckle in hardening is determined, some improving measures proposed, good result got.
