微滤-大孔树脂法精制苦参中氧化苦参碱和苦参总黄酮 被引量:20

摘要 目的 考察微滤 -大孔树脂法精制苦参中氧化苦参碱、苦参总黄酮的效果。方法 采用 HPLC法测定氧化苦参碱的含量 ,紫外分光光度法测定苦参总黄酮的含量。结果 苦参提取液经微滤 -大孔树脂法处理后 ,其氧化苦参碱、苦参总黄酮的保留率分别为 78.88%和 73.4% ,固形物去除率为 38.95 %。结论 微滤 -大孔树脂法较醇沉法可更有效地保留有效成分、去除杂质。 Objective To study the effect of microfiltration-macroporous resin method in purification of oxymatrine and general flavone in sophora flavescens. Methods HPLC was applied to analyze the content of oxymatrine in the samples, and UV-spectrophotometry was applied to analyze the content of general flavone. Results In sophora flavescens decoction, the recovery ratio of oxymatrine and general flavone were 78.88% and 73.4%, the whole solid was decreased by 38.95% by microfiltration-macroporous resin method. Conclusion Microfiltration-macroporous resin method was more effective than alcohol-sedimentation for oxymatrine and general flavone purification in sophora flavescens.
