摘要
目的 比较女贞子不同炮制品对升白、耐缺氧作用的影响及毒性的大小。方法 应用常压耐缺氧试验、环磷酰胺白细胞低下模型、LD50 值测定的方法 ,对女贞子酒蒸品、清蒸品、生品的耐缺氧能力、升高白细胞作用及毒性的大小进行实验比较。结果 酒蒸品的抗缺氧、升白作用优于清蒸品和生品 ;灌胃 LD50 值 ,酒蒸品介于清蒸品和生品之间。结论 提示传统的酒蒸工艺有助于增效。
Objective To compare the effects of different preparations of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi on enhancing white blood cell and anti-hypoxia ability. Methods The mouse model of hypoxia tolerance under ordinary pressure and the mouse model of lowed white blood cell by cyclophosphamide. Results The effects of preparation of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi with yellow wine on enhancing anti-hypoxia and white blood cell were better than that of preparations with water or crude drug; Mouse LD 50 of preparation with yellow wine was lower than that of preparations with water, but was higher than that of crude drug. Conclusion The preparations of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi with yellow wine is better than others.
