摘要
利用铁屑微电解法处理酞菁绿生产过程中高浓度的含铜废水,通过试验,考察了废水pH值、铁屑用量、铁屑粒径及反应时间等因素对铜去除率的影响。试验结果表明:在废水pH值为1.5、铁屑用量为1%、铁屑粒径为60目、反应时间为40min的条件下,铜的去除率可达99.9%左右,可使出水铜的质量浓度在1mg/L以下。
The treatment of wastewater with high concentration of copper from Phthalocyanine Green pro - duction was tested by the microelectrolysis of iron filings to study the effects of the pH value of the wastewater,the dose and particle size of iron filings,the reaction time,etc.,on the removal rate of copper.The results of the test showed that when the pH value of the wastewater was1.5,the dosage of iron filings was1%,the particle size of iron filing was60mesh,and the reaction time was40minutes,the removal rate of copper was about99.9%and the mass concentration of copper was below1mg/L.
