摘要
介绍了合成氨装置及煤液化气化装置高温高压环境下的氢蚀机理及影响因素,钢中加入稳定碳化物的Cr,Mo,W,V,Nb等元素可延缓氢蚀趋势;焊后淬火加回火可提高抗氢蚀能力;冷加工使钢的抗氢蚀能力减弱,而应力和高压氢的共同作用不但影响钢的持久强度,而且影响其耐蚀性。合理的设计选材及严格的工艺管理可防止事故发生。
The mechanisms of hydrogen corrosion in high-temperature and high-pressure service in ammonia plant and coal liquification u-nit and impact factors are presented. The hydrogen corrosion tendency can be reduced when the steel is added with Cr, Mo, W, V, and Nb etc to stabilize carbides. Post- weld quenching and tempering can improve hydrogen corrosion resistance, while cold working will reduce the resistance. The combined action of stress and high-pressure hydrogen not only will affect the permanent strength of the steel but also will impact its corrosion resistance. The proper material selection and strict process management can prevent the incidents from occurring.
