摘要
以黄秋葵品种"纤手"为材料,研究了设施提早栽培中开花后不同时期嫩荚营养成分的变化规律。结果表明,嫩荚中可溶性蛋白、粘性物质和各种矿物元素的含量均较高,且可溶性蛋白和粘性物质的含量随荚果的增长急剧下降。黄秋葵食用嫩荚的采收以花后5天左右、荚长8~9cm为宜。
Pod lengths, soluble protein contents, several nutrient contents,and mucilage viscosity of the okra (variety Greenfinger) were determined at different stage after anthesis. The results suggested that eating quality of okra is better when the pods with the length of 8-9 cm were picked about five days after anthesis.
