摘要
用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)标记方法对目前生产上广泛采用的12个小白菜品种进行了分析,利用RAPDistance软件的4种方法计算距离矩阵,并利用邻接法进行聚类分析。结果表明:4种统计方法估算的12个小白菜品种间遗传距离均显示12个小白菜品种间的遗传相似度较高,品种2与品种3的遗传相似度最高,而品种10与其它品种间的遗传距离较大,相似度较低。不同的统计方法均显示12个小白菜品种基于RAPD数据可被分成3个独立的小组,其中A、B小组与地理种源密切相关,而C组跨地区范围较大。
The genetic distances of 12 varieties of Brassica campestris which were widely applied in agriculture production were analyzed by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technology and neighbor-joining clustering was drawn. The results shown that there were relatively high genetic similarity among 12 varieties of Brassica campestris. The similarity between variety 2 and variety 3 was the highest, and those between variety 10 and other variety were lower. The phylogenetic tree estimated by 4 different methods shown that 12 varieties of Brassica campestris could be branched out into three groups, and two of them were related to their geographical sources.
