摘要
研究了人工饲养条件下,不同容器、不同营养液和辐射剂量对棉铃虫成虫寿命、有效交尾机率、产卵量和卵孵化率的影响。结果表明,成虫有效交尾率随交尾空间的增大而提高,用容量为9.12L的圆形塑料篓作为成虫配对容器其有效交尾率可达100%,卵孵化率达到91.71%。在集卵过程中用10%的蜂皇浆稀释液饲喂成虫,雄性成虫寿命可达17.8d。在150~350Gy剂量范围内,辐照对人工饲养的棉铃虫成虫寿命和性行为无明显影响,其繁殖力随剂量的升高而降低。
This paper discussed that effects of artificial rearing conditions on adult longevity, effective mating rate, and hatching rate in adult period of cotton bollworm (Heliothis armigera Hübner). The results of the experiment showed that effective mating rate increased with increasing the mating space of the adults. The effective mating rate of the adults was 100% and the hatching rate of the eggs was 91.71% when 9.12 L plastic wastepaper basket used as the mating container of the adults. The longevity of male moths was 17.8 days when the adults were fed with 10% dilution solution of royal jelly. The adult longevity and its sexual action of cotton bollworm under the condition of artificial rearing were not affected by irradiation within 150 Gy to 350 Gy doses, but the reproductive capacity of the adults decreased with increasing irradiation dosage.
