对中药方剂物质基础研究的思考

Pondering over the Research into Material Base of Traditional Chinese Medical Formulae

通过对中药方剂物质基础研究现状的分析 ,认为机械还原论和血清药理学思路存在问题 ,动物模型有待改进。提示研究应以经方为核心 ,以中医理论为指导 ,遵循整体性原则。

Through analyzing present situation of the research of material base of Traditional Chinese Medical Formulae, the article points it out that there exist some problems in applying mechanical reductionism and serological pharmacology for the research of Traditional Chinese Medical Formulae. And there is room for improvement in animal test models. The article suggests that such research should take classical prescriptions as its core, TCM theories as its guide and integration as its principle.
