摘要
目的 :测定健心丹中人参皂苷Rg1的含量。方法 :采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果 :人参皂苷Rg1在 2 .10 μg～ 12 .6 0 μg间有良好的线性关系 ,回收率为 97.10 % ,RSD为 2 .75 %。结论 :本法灵敏、可靠 ,回收率好 ,精密度高 ,结果准确。
Obstract: To determine the content of Ginsenoside Rg1 in Jianxin Pellet. Method: TLCS was used for the determination. Results: The calibration curve was linear over the range of 2.10～12.60 μg. The recovery was 97.10%and RSD 2.75%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, reliable and accurate.
