摘要
目的 :研究大枣渣多糖脱色的最佳条件。方法 :分别以多糖含量、多糖得率和脱色率为指标 ,采用正交试验法对脱色的最佳工艺进行优选。结果 :脱色最佳工艺为 :在 4 0℃下 ,调节 pH =3.5 ,加入 2 %活性炭 ,搅拌 2 0min。结论 :该脱色工艺适合工业化应用。
Objective: To find out the best condition for the discoloration of polysaccharide from the residue of Zizyphus Jujuba MILL. Method: Taking polysaccharide content, polysaccharide yield ratio and discoloration ratio as indexes and adopting orthogonal experimental design to select the best condition for the discoloration of polysaccharide. The best technological process of discoloration is as follows: put 2% active carbon to polysaccharide solution at 40℃ with pH3.5 and stir the solution 20minutes.
