摘要
针对双相不锈钢螺旋板换热器,这一特殊材质的设备,进行了必要的分析与测试。从中找出了适应该材质化学清洗的方案。以达到污垢清洗完全,设备得到养护,清洗成本降低的宗旨。
The dual-phase stainless steel votator which has especial material were analyzed and tested.The chemical cleaning technique adapted the material was found. The results show that the chemicalcleaning is a very efficient way to prevent and reduce the tendency of fouling. And further the equipmentscan be maintained, cleaning costs can be reduced.
