慢性乙型肝炎病程长 ,病机复杂 ,多证兼夹 ,分型颇多 ,但肝郁脾虚兼湿热、瘀阻之证最多见 ,宜疏肝健脾 ,配以活血祛瘀或凉血散瘀 ,使疫毒由深出浅 ,透达外出。

To treat it one should use the therapy of relieving the depressed liver and strengthening the spleen plus promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis or cooling blood to remove blood stasis to make pathogeneses come to the surface and then to get rid of them.
