高效益的齿带在线连续自动清洗技术

摘要 电动式水冷机组冷凝器的管内冷却水流速较低,容易结垢,运行效率普遍低下.现有的流体动力塑料光滑扭带具有自动清洗和传热强化双重功能,又结构简单,但是传热强化功能低,自动清洗力矩弱.研究的高效益齿带在线连续自动清洗技术,比现有光滑扭带传热系数提高了171%;自转清洗力矩增大了75%~101%、能够在0.5 m/s以上的较低流速下自动清洗管内的污垢;设备总阻力仍然在一般工程容许的范围内,对冷饮冷冻行业的节能增效具有很高的推广价值. The flow velocity of cooling water in heat transfer tubes of water cooling condensers ofrefrigeration units is generally low and fouling easily grows, which causes equipments operation low.But the existing plastic plain twisted-strip insert can not be used directly to remove fouling because therotating force moment is not large enough. So, a high efficient twisted-strip insert with oblique teeth toenhance heat transfer and remove fouling automatically at low flow velocity of above 0.5 m/s wasdeveloped. The principle is that oblique teeth are distributed on both surfaces of twisted strip at the sameinterval and the reacting forces of the fluid led by the teeth on the twisted strip form an increased rotatingforce moment. The total moment increases by 75%~101% and heat transfer coefficient by average 171%as against the plain twisted strip. Though the coefficient of flow resistance is great, the overall flowresistance of equipment is in the application range of industry. So, this technique has a great value tosave energy and increase efficiency for refrigerating industry.
