活动期慢性中耳炎鼓室成形术的听力重建

Outcomes of the audition-reconstruction of chronic otitis media in the period of infection

目的 探讨慢性化脓性中耳炎活动期听力重建的疗效。方法 对32例慢性中耳炎患者行鼓室探查和鼓室成形术。结果 32例术后3个月平均气导听力提高15-30dBHL。结论慢性化脓性中耳炎活动期进行听力重建是可行的,彻底开放鼓峡是手术取得成功的关键。

Objective To explore the outcome of audition- reconstruction of chrouic suppurative otitis media in the period of infection. Method Tympanoplasty was operated on 32 chronic suppurative otitis media patients in the period of infection.Result Three months after operation,the oweraye of 32 pationts air-conducted audition increased 15-30dBHL.Conclusion In the period of infection,operation audition reconstruction is feasible.Opening drum isthmus thoroughly is important factors of successful operation.
