摘要
万家寨水电厂安装的六台混流式水轮机分别由天阿公司 ( 1#~ 4#)和希科公司 ( 5 #、6#)制造。作者对其 4年或 2年多实际运行情况进行了分析 ,对水轮机采用了低参数、5 #、6#即设计水头高于最高水头、尾水管相对压力脉动值(ΔH H)模型和真机不相似、水轮机采用抗磨蚀涂层投产、水轮机三个运行区域进行了论述 ,提出了水轮机选型应提倡“稳定性第一”的原则 ,并对真机运行尽量进行全面实测分析 ,划分运行区 。
In Wanjiazhai hydropower plant there are six Francis turbines, four of which are manufactured by Tianjin Alstom Co. and the rest of which are manufactured by Shanghai Shec.Co. The conditions of 4 years or more than 2 years actual operation are analysed in this paper.The low parameter of the furbines the design head of 5#&6# sets higher than the max head, the relative pressure pulsation (Δ H/H ) in draft tube of the model not similar to that of real turbine, the blades of turbine covered by anti abrasion layer are also explained in this paper. The author sets forward the principle of “stability first” in the choice of water turbine type, advocates the all sided actual measurement analysis for real furbine and divides the operation zone so as to guarantee the safe and economic operation of the units.
