杏仁核点燃癫癎鼠小脑齿状核和浦肯野细胞fos蛋白的表达

摘要 目的 :探讨癫的病理生理机制。方法 :采用免疫组化的方法 ,在杏仁核点燃的大鼠癫模型上 ,观察小脑齿状核和浦肯野细胞fos蛋白的表达情况。结果 :在杏仁核点燃癫大鼠 ,不同发作级别其fos表达强度不同 ,Ⅰ~Ⅲ级发作时小脑齿状核和浦肯野细胞fos蛋白的表达为弱阳性核团 ,Ⅳ -Ⅴ级发作时小脑齿状核和浦肯野细胞fos蛋白的表达为强阳性核团。结论 Objective:To explore the pathophysiological mechanism of epilepsy.Methods:fos expression in the cerebellar dentate nuclei and Purkinje cells of the amygdala-kindled model rat was observed by means of immunohistochemical technique. Results:In amygdala-kindled model, intensity of fos expressions were different in different degree of seizure.The cerebellar dentate nuclei and Purkinje cells showed light positive nuclei of fos expression when the rat was Ⅰ-Ⅲ seizure, they were strong positive nuclei when the rat was Ⅳ- V seizure.Conclusions:The cerebellar dentate nuclei and Purkinje cells might be likely to be involved in the pathophysiological process of amygdala-kindled rat.
