摘要
根据水煤膏的特点,设计了几种不同结构的雾化喷嘴,采用PIV仪和二次开发的图像处理软件,研究了不同参数下水煤膏的雾化性能,分析了诸因素对水煤膏雾化性能的影响,得出了可供工程应用的喷嘴设计和操作参数.结果表明,当雾化气膏比大于0.6时,雾化颗粒平均粒径降低的幅度很小.
According to the properties of coal-water paste (CWP), several types of atomizing nozzle were developed and the analysis of the atomizing properties of coal-water paste was carried out for different operation parameters by PIV measurement and newly developed image-processing software. Based on the experimental results, the effects of a number of factors on the atomizing properties were analyzed. A proper type of nozzle and optimal parameters for engineering is obtained. When Mg/MCWP>0.6, the degree of the decrease of d50 value is very small.
