东风_7型机车检修周期确定依据的探讨

Disscussion on Poriod of Inspection and Rapair for DF_7 Type Diesel Locomotive

检修周期是检修制度的核心问题 ,只有科学合理地制定机车检修周期 ,使机车做到安全运行和适时检修 ,才能在保证机车质量和安全的前提下 ,实现铁路经济效益和安全效益的双优化。现对以运用天数确定东风7型机车检修周期的制度作了简要分析 ,指出其存在的弊端及不合理性 ,进而提出了以燃油消耗量附加运用天数来确定东风7型机车检修周期的方案 ,并论述了其科学性和可行性。

Determining repair cycle is a key link to ensure the safety and quality of locomotive.The disadvantages of the current maintainance system in terms of repair cycle for DF\-7 locomotive based on number of days are presented in this paper.And the project of determining repair cycle based on fuel consumption are proposed.
