摘要 脑源性神经营养因子(Brain derived rleurotrophic factor BDNF)是1982年由德国神经生物学家Barde等，从猪脑中分离纯化出来的NGF家族的第二成员，在中枢神经系统内分布广泛，对神经元生长发育、分化成熟以及抵御外来侵袭中起重要的调节作用。
