摘要
结合一套只采用2个低成本霍尔传感器的永磁同步电动机驱动系统,文中分析了准无位置传感器方案中的位置检测误差,给出了误差的补偿方法。为充分抑制位置检测误差,采用了一种基于3D有限元分析的方法,评价并实际确定了永磁同步电动机中霍尔传感器的安装位置。最后通过实验证实了相关的3D有限元分析结果。
Referring to a PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor)driving system with only two low- cost hall sensors,We analyze the position- measuring error in one pseudo-sensorless scheme,and offer methods of error compensation.Adopting the method ology based on 3-d finite element analysis,we evaluate and locate practically the mounted positions of hall sensor in the PMSM to minimize the position-measuring error.Finally, experiments are carried out to verify the corresponding 3-d finite element analysis results.
