摘要
目的 :研究正常人眼外肌超微结构的改变 ,为探讨共同性斜视的发病机制提供依据。方法 :取在我科因其他原因而摘取的非斜视的正常眼水平眼外肌 2 0条 ,采用Holmes法染色后在透射电镜下观察。结果 :电镜下可见眼外肌组织结构清晰 ,肌细胞膜完整 ,细胞器结构清晰 ,细胞核呈圆形 ,电子密度低 ;核周细胞质少线粒体分布均匀、含少量糖元。肌原纤维排列整齐、紧密 ,肌节整齐 ,明暗带及Z膜、H带结构清晰。结论 :正常人水平眼外肌的超微结构与骨骼肌相似 ,但较其更精细。
HTSSObjective:To observe the changes of ultr astructure of normal extraocular muscles and provide the basic for expounding t he pathogenesis of strabismus.Methods:20 normal horizontal extraoc ular muscles extracted from non-strabismus eyes in our department were collected ,and observed with electron microscopy after stained by Holmes method.Re sults:The observation showed that the extraocular muscle cell membrance wa s complete,histological structure was clear,and myofibril was in close order.The shape of cytoblast was round,electron density was lower.The mitochondria were h omogenous,with less cytoplasin and glycogen.The myomere was in order.The struct ure of bright-dark belt,z-line and H-belt was clear.Conclusion:Th e ultrastructure of normal horizontal extraocular muscles was similar to that of skeletal muscles,but much finer.It is helpful to expounding the pathogenesis of strabismus.
