Determination of dyclonine hydrochlonde liniment by UV-spectrophotometry

目的 研究用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸达克罗宁搽剂含量的可行性。方法 采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长282 nm。结果 浓度在2-12μg/ml范围内与吸收度呈线性关系。方法回收率为101.7％,相对标准偏差为0.9％。结论 该测定方法简单、快速,结果准确可靠,可用于该药的含量测定。

Objective To develop a method for the determination of dyclonine hydrochloride liniment. Methods UV-Spectrophotome-try (λ - 282 nm) was used to determine the content of dyclonine hydrochloride. Results The linear ranged over 2 - 12 μg/ml of dydonine hydrochloride with r = 0.9996, the recovery was 101.7% with RSD =0.9%. Conclusion The method is simple, precise and reproducible, which can be used for the determination of dyclonine hydrochloride liniment.
