参麦注射液治疗缓慢性心律失常72例

Observation of curative effect of Shenmai Injection to treat 72 patients with slow arrhythmias

目的 观察参麦注射液(参麦)治疗缓慢性心律失常的疗效。方法 将140例缓慢性心律失常病人随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组72例采用参麦30-50 ml静脉滴注;对照组68例给予宁心宝胶囊口服,均是7-10 d为一疗程。两组其它用药基本相同。结果 观察组总有效率86％,对照组53％,两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。两组均未见明显副作用。结论参麦治疗缓慢性心律失常疗效较好,值得进一步探讨。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenmai Injection to treat slow arrhythmias. Methods 140 patients with slow arrhythmias were divided into experimental gorup and control group at random. The experimental gorup had 72 patients who were treated by Shenmai Injection , and the control group had 68 patients who were treated by Ningxinbao Capsules. Other medicines were similar and the period of treatment was 7-10 days in two groups. Results The general effective rate of experimental group was 86% , and that of control gorup was 53%. The curative effect was obviously different (P < 0. 01 ). There was no obvious side effects in two gorups. Conclusion Good curative effect of Shenmai injection on slow arrhythmias has been observed.
